Thank you for shopping at Elkaron Home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at 723170673q@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
